Oral Health Care Delivery Models • Minnesota – Oral Health Care Solutions project (proposed): centralized/computerized Help Center • Missouri – Elks mobile dental van • Massachussetts – Tufts Dental Facilities (TDF) Serving Persons with Special Needs; TDF Special Needs Community Dental Health Program

Prevention of Oral Disease Models • Northern California – preventive training program for caregivers in community facilities • Chemotherapeutic agents – xylitol, fluoride varnish, fluoride rinses, chlorhexidine • Oral health care plan – for caregivers to organize treatment and preventive measures to be used for particular individual
