Introduction of District TeamsDistrict teams play same weekend of Inter-county Championships.Best two District teams integrates into the Championship.Team one plays team three and team two plays team the district team (Only three teams qualify for quarter-finals stage from each group, team placed four remain senior status and team five and six into relegation play-off) District Teams have no member of inter-county panels (Thus allowing games during All Ireland Championship games)Co. Board to review proposals, debate and vote on same at February 2013 meeting. Two year trial period 2014 and 2015Players from Junior , Intermediate and Intermediate” A” Clubs
