Project Teodora – New Initiative for Supporting Female Entrepreneurship (Jan 2005 – Okt 2005) Within Eurochambers PARTNERS Programme - Project of Assistance to Regional Trade and Networking for Economic Recovery and Stability Transfer of know-how from EU Chambers to Western Balkan Chambres in order to set up innovative services

Providing business information Consulting/counselling Mentoring by sucessful women entrepreneurs Entrepreneurial trainings start up programme for creation of new businesses advanced entrepreneurial training Entrepreneurial motivation for unemployed women Promotion of entrepreneurship in schools and faculties

    6. What do we do? Networking of women entrepreneurs from the region with other networks in the country and abroad Association of 100 women-owned businesses First established Chamber body in Serbia for women entrepreneurs (December 2006) Coordination Board of Women Entrepreneurs

    7. Operationalization of the Centre for Women Entrepreneurship Enterprise Development and Innovation Fund EU-funded project, managed by European Agency for Reconstruction Objective: Improvement of services provided by the Centre Duration: October 2006 – August 2007

Key results in 8 months 60 trainings implemented in Niš, Prokuplje and Pirot 1050 training attendees 300 beneficiaries provided with business information 100 beneficiaries provided with consulting 10 promotions held throught the region 7 press conferences 12000 web site visits, 6200 unique visitors 5 meetings of women entrepreneurs from the region and other parts of Serbia 3 participations in fairs 600 clients – beneficiaries

Develop e-learning portal on www.teodora.org.yu Publish Women Entreprenurs’ Guide in Serbian and English Future project with Vratsa and Pernik CCI (Bulgaria) and RCE Leskovac and Zajecar (Serbia) from the Neighbourhood Programme Serbia-Bulgaria Centres for Women Entrepreneurship - A Cross-border Network for the Future Project with 2 Municipalities of the City of Niš Support to the Development of Female Entrepreneurship
