To log into acclaris.net for the FIRST TIME, click on New User Registration
Enter your AT&T UID and click Next NOTE: Use of Social Security Number WON’T Work!
Employee ID shows on first line. Add Date of Birth and Work ZIP Code (example of ZIP Code – 35203 for Birmingham, Al City Center). Then select either Create my User ID or Use my Employee ID as my User ID. Finally, click on Next.
Create User ID and Password; then scroll down.
AT&T Email Address shows here. If not, enter it. Click Next On DROP DOWN Menu, answer a Security Question
This shows when you click Log-in. Click Yes, No and / or Don’t offer to……..

Enter DETC73 (found on APT Course Paperwork sent to you) & press tab
If it doesn’t populate, enter Applied Professional Training & press tab
Fill in Course Number, Name, Start Date, End Date and College Credits Click on Drop Down Arrow
Click on Drop Down Arrow and select Tuition, enter TUITION in Expense Description, enter Course Cost (ex. 395) in Expense Amount and click Save Expense.
Click Save Course NOTE: If you make a mistake, click Reset Course and re-enter your information again before clicking Save Course
Repeat process outlined on slides 43 to 49 for each section if course has more than one part to the course (ie. MMUT A, B & C). This is shown from this slide to slide 56.
