  4. Whose Class Is It Anyway?

  5. Changes in the structures of classroom learning have evolved naturally as technologies are embedded at the core of instruction.

  7. CC/ES Ensure that all students, no matter where they live, are prepared for success in postsecondary education and the workforce

  8. Ensure that students are receiving a high quality education consistently from school to school and state to state.

  9. Capitalize on assessment items and curriculum material developed to match the Common Core standards, greatly improving the scope and quality of assessment and curriculum materials.

  10. Provide the ability to compare the performance of Halifax County students to those in other states and the nation.

  20. Application • Using LEARN NC – Create 3 lessons using your schools lesson plan template that can be used for your classroom. • Create a rubric for each of the assignments. • Place lesson on Chart paper and be prepared to teach or at least summarize the lesson. (Will Video Lesson)

  21. Evaluation • THREE - TWO – ONE • List three things that you learned today. • List two things that you will use in your class. • List one thing that you still have a question about.
