Scope • Develop assessment tool with industry participation (at least 10 companies with at least 10,000 employees each with footprint in at least 3 continents) • Lay out certification process in consultation with process owners (e.g. accreditation agencies/other stakeholders) in each country • Pilot the assessment in participating countries (say 1000 students) • Analyze pilot assessment and identify skill gaps and weaknesses • Develop a detailed implementation plan for scaling-up assessments including partnerships, investments needed, time frame
Qualifications of bidding companies • Leading assessment organization with experience of rolling out similar assessments in at least two countries with a significant ITES market share (at least 5% global market share) • Existing industry partnerships in assessment design and deployment for the ITES sector • Strong partnerships with testing organizations
Evaluation criteria for testing company • Technical • Qualifications of the firm • Team qualifications • Industry linkages • Testing partnerships • Local capacity building • Overall methodology and work-plan • Financial • Total cost • Cost for content development • Cost per assessment • Other costs • Cost of refresh (2 years)
