Internet Bank • Alta Software internet banking product is based upon .NET technology and uses AJAX framework. • The internet bank is a light-weight scalable solution open for further development and reflection of more and more complicated business processes. • The internet bank uses up-to-date security mechanisms to facilitate secure connection and prevent loss of information. • Additional security mechanisms like DigiPass or other similar technology can be easily integrated into the internet bank.

Why Our Internet Bank? • The internet bank has low hardware requirements both on bank and end user sides. • User friendly interface can be easily redesigned according to the bank needs (bank logo, etc). • Internet bank is a complete, easy-to-deploy and maintain solution offering flexible prices based upon the organization needs and scope of activities. • New functionality and developments can be easily reflected in the system.

  8. Internet Bank, Administration Part • The administration part of the internet bank is designed as a user friendly web application, which is deployed in the bank. • Administration part allows bank employees with appropriate user rights manage and maintain the internet bank solution.

  9. Administration, Entry Page • Upon the entry, the starting page is displayed. In the upper right corner the languages can be selected. At this moment the featured languages are Georgian and English. • User name and password should be entered. • After filling in the username and password the user can login by pressing the login button.

  11. Administration, Home Page Administration home page displays four main drop down panels in the right hand part of the page. These panels are: Information, Bank Admin, Logs and Change password.

Administration, Information • The administration menu starts with Information Panel. • Information Panel contains the following menu: Official Exchange Rates, Bank Rates, Georgian Banks, International Banks, Currencies, Countries, Treasury Codes. • The Information Panel of the administration part is similar to the Information Panel on the user side (see detailed product description presentation, slides 20-29).

Administration, Bank Admin • The Bank Admin Panel contains the following options: Users, Private Limits Matrix, Juridical Limits Matrix, Inbox, Bank Sent Mails, Deleted Orders, Default Rights, Read Only Rights, DIGIPASS Order Types, Additional Options, Users Block List, News List, Bank Users List. • Each option enables authorized bank employee to configure the system.

Administration, Bank Admin, Users • The Users shows consolidated information on users and enables the administrator to view, edit or add new users. • The upper middle part of the page contains the user search options: Company Name, Full Name, Client ID, Login Name, Client Type, Limits Type, Right Type, Registration Period. • By switching “Show only clients with transactions”, “With DIGIPASS” and “Blocked clients” the search results can be narrowed. • After selecting the desired parameters, press the “Execute” button and the results are shown on the page.

Administration, Bank Admin, Users, View • The consolidated information on client can be accessed by pressing “View client details” button. • The client details contain five sets of information: Client, Limits, Rights, Authorize Levels, Accounts, Transactions. • In the view mode the information can only be browsed. Modifications and changes are allowed from the “Edit client” button. • The desired information can be browsed by simply clicking on the corresponding panel.

Administration, Bank Admin, Users, View, Limits • The Limits menu contains two sub-menus: Default and DIGIPASS. • The Default sub-menu contains information on the limits of the transaction in amount and frequency arranged in two columns: Amount and Count. Amount limits can be One Time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semesterly, Yearly. Count (frequency) limits are arranged according the amount limits (One Time, Daily, Weekly, etc). • The DIGIPASS sub-menu is identical to the Default sub-menu. However, different amounts can be displayed – total limit for one time transaction can be, say, 5000 and DIGIPASS one time limit – 3000. Such situation indicates that one time transaction can be 5000, but above 3000 limit DIGIPASS authorization is required.

  22. Administration, Bank Admin, Users, View, Rights • The Rights menu shows information on the rights type (default, read only, etc). • Details on operational authorities are also displayed.

Administration, Bank Admin, Users, View, Authorize Levels • Authorize Levels menu contains information on the authorization mechanism for the client. • Several signatures could be needed for client authorization (the details on the mechanism along with first and second signature counts is displayed). • The limit for the first signature (if exists) is also shown.

Administration, Bank Admin, Users, Edit • The user details can be changed by pressing the “Edit client” button. • The client details contain five sets of information: Client, Limits, Rights, Authorize Levels, Accounts, Transactions. • The administrator can change any set of information, determine new limits, add or remove rights. • If rights are removed, the user will not see the corresponding menus in his / her internet bank application.

Administration, Bank Admin,Users, Add • Users can be added by pressing “Add client” button. • The “Add client” window contain five sets of information: Client, Limits, Rights, Authorize Levels, Accounts, Transactions. • The administrator fills in the information on the user, presses “OK” and the user is created.

The below window is displayed: • The user is deleted by pressing the “Yes” button. • If the user has some problems with accounts or account information needs to be updated urgently, the administrator uses “Update Client Accounts” button. The existing information is deleted and new information received from the database.

The Default part restricts the transactions in amount and frequency, DIGIPASS part determines the amount and frequency after which DIGIPASS security system should be used. • See slide 19 for additional information on Limits.

The Default part restricts the transactions in amount and frequency, DIGIPASS part determines the amount and frequency after which DIGIPASS security system should be used. • See slide 19 for additional information on Limits.

Administration, Bank Admin,Inbox • The Inbox menu is designed for bank employees to receive messages and notifications from users. • Mails can be filtered and displayed within the desired period of time (select the desired period from the “Period” drop-down menu and press “Execute”). • The Inbox displays the following information on mails: Client ID (sender’s ID), User Name, Company Name (if applicable), Name, Received Date, Subject. • The administrator can select the desired mail and print it out using “Print document” button.

Administration, Bank Admin,Sent Mails • The Sent Mails menu stores the messages and mails sent by the bank. • Mails and messages can be filtered and displayed within the desired period of time (select the desired period from the “Period” drop-down menu and press “Execute”). • The desired mail or message can be searched by Client ID or other parameters. • The administrator can select the desired mail and print it out using “Print document” button.

Administration, Bank Admin,Deleted Orders • The Deleted Orders menu stores orders which has been deleted. • Deleted orders can be filtered and displayed within the desired period of time (select the desired period from the “Period” drop-down menu and press “Execute”). • The desired deleted order can be searched by the following parameters: Internal, Foreign Exchange, Branch, Bank Abroad, Treasury, Police, Utility Payment Transfer, Mobile, Loan Repayment or any other transfer type predetermined by the bank and included in the internet bank system.

Administration, Bank Admin,Default Rights • The Default Rights menu enables the administrator to select the rights which shall be assigned to a user by default. • The Default Rights window contains two switchable panels: Juridical (for legal entity rights) and Private (for physical person rights). • The desired rights are selected by tagging the box to the left of the right description. • After pressing the OK button the selected rights are stored as default rights.

Administration, Bank Admin,Read Only Rights • The Read Only Rights menu enables the administrator to select the rights which shall be assigned to a user with read only permission group by default. • The Read Only Rights window contains two switchable panels: Juridical (for legal entity rights) and Private (for physical person rights). • The desired rights are selected by tagging the box to the left of the right description. • After pressing the OK button the selected rights are stored as read only rights.

  47. Administration, Bank Admin,DIGIPASS Orders List • DIGIPASS Orders List menu enables the administrator to select the operations for DIGIPASS authorization. If an operation is not tagged in this menu, DIGIPASS is not required. • The DIGIPASS Orders List window contains two switchable panels: Juridical (for legal entity operations) and Private (for physical person operations). • The desired operations are selected by tagging the box to the left of the operation description. • After pressing the OK button the operation selection for DIGIPASS authorization is finalized.

Administration, Bank Admin,Additional Options • Additional Options comprise some of the system configuration features. • Additional Options window consists of four switchable panels: Bank Options, Mail Options, Block Options and DIGIPASS Options. • Bank Options consist of Critical Times (the hours after which the sent requests, orders and transactions are conducted the next day) and Password Options (send message on password expiration and write out temporary password expiration period and main password expiration period).
