Instructions • Ask the chief evaluator to lead the evaluation following the guidelines contained in the standard exercise manual • All participants will be evaluators for this session • Moderate the discussion • Ask the chief evaluator to give a final 5 minute briefing WS-017: Exercise Evaluation

  4. Summary • This was a reduced version of the IAEA standard exercise • It requires many controllers and evaluators (more than we had!) • It requires a great deal of coordination • The transition from phase 1 to phase 2 is a challenge WS-017: Exercise Evaluation
