Security Profiles Users are granted access to the company branches, MoversSuite modules, and features based on the security profile that is assigned to them in User Access in their Personnel file. Security profiles can be customized to meet the user’s responsibilities to the company.
Security Profiles To customize a profile there are some basic considerations: • Which branches of the company will the user require access? Some times this access may be full or read only. • Which implemented modules will the user require access? • Is there a Security profile that is comparable with minor modifications? Once items 1 through 3 are answered a profile can be customized. In the MoversSuite Web Administration tool: • Name the new profile • Copy a pre-existing profile that most closely matches the new profile • Assign the new security profile to applicable user.
