6. Recommendation We recommend that we buy the condo. This condo is in an active location in the community. We will have to take out a loan, and hire at least 4 new workers.

7. Implementation • If we get the condo; • First, we will re-model to fit our needs • Second, we will hire workers to work for $7.50 per hour • And Third, we will open for charity

8. Evaluation • In 3 months time we will: • Helping Hands will raise around $8,000 • Give will raise about $9,000 • Together raising $17,000 • Also there will be numerous fundraisers to raise money, which will be a good down payment on the condo
