  2. 1st period Astronomy • Starter: get out new SW/APOD sheet, learning target sheet, and classroom expectations sheet • Today’s learning targets: 2-4 • Review PRIDE expectations: restrooms and parking lot • Finish classroom expectations: due Wednesday • Continue Summer Constellations: circumpolar constellations

Chemistry • Starter: get out your calculator; in your in-class notes, convert 4.5 km into cm • Today’s learning targets: 6 and 8 • Textbook receipts • Review PRIDE expectations: hallways and after school activities • Finish classroom expectations: due Wednesday • Give out unit packet; pass back graded notes • Guided and independent practice: 1-4 practice problems • Begin lab safety rules • Due dates this week: • Wednesday: 1-4 review/reinforcement wkst • Thursday: 1-4 notes • Friday: 1-4 review/reinforcement wkst; first learning check
