Meeting with the Dean and Vice Dean Student Chat with the Dean and Vice-Dean • Monday, November 23 • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM • DoliveCommons [Room 500] • 18 - 20 students selected • - first-come/first serve basis • Recurring – Bimontly • GBA Lunch with the Dean and Vice Dean • Wednesday, December 2 • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM • Dolive Commons (Room 500) • Free food (Probably Willy’s or something on that level) • Recurring – Once per semester

  8. How this works? • Opportunity to bring the entire GBS community, friends, etc. together for a night of bowling • Fun, Fun, Fun!!! • Proceeds will go toward the Spring • Details: • TBD • TBD

Alumni/ Student Holiday Social Activity (Toys for Tots Alumni/Student Holiday Social/Toy Drive) Concept: • Combination Holiday Party/Social Cause/Networking Event • Invite ATL Alumni and all MBA students • Bar will donate a single drink (beer, wine) to each person who brings a toy • Do we want to order light appitizers? Details: • Location - Fado’sin Buckhead • Date - Thursday, December 10th • Time - 6:00 – 9:00 PM

  10. Club Budget Day • Tentative Date: • Friday, December 4 • To Do: • Reserve meeting location • Remind leaders about the upcoming Club Leadership Meeting on Wednesday, November 18 where we will review and discuss the Spring budget process

  11. Semi-Formal 2009 • Items of note… • Encourage ticket purchases • Promote safety (Accountabiity) • - Grad student taxi reimbursement policy • - Designated drivers • - Etc. Fox Theater Saturday, November 14 9:30 PM – 1:30 PM This event will be off the chain!!!!!
