Outline of “Job card policy” -Huge numbers of temporary workers, 35% of whole -OJT, On the Job Training, in corporation with salary -Aiming to get regular position through OJT -Government expects much on CSR for getting the success -Result -More 1.5 million of Corporations, one of the reality of CSR
Outline of “Safety netpolicy” -Subsidy system for adjusting employment -Dismissal temporary workers after Lehman shock -Government subsidizing Corporation to maintain them -Result -Public policy is maintaining temporary workers from dismissal
