READING What does English look like? “ read predictable texts” Look at the definition for these texts. Reading and discuss Brown Bear, Brown Bear as a sample text. List and discuss other predictable texts. Identify suitable teaching and learning activities.
WRITING What does it look like? Create short texts to explore, record and report ideas and events Look at sample text and task from AC Prep (F) English Discuss aspects of writing and compare with Prep writing samples Discuss development / strategies across the year
