Capt. ___________: • Greetings in the name of Santa Rosa de Lima! • We’re glad to inform you that on August 23, 2012, we will be celebrating the 220th feast day of Santa Rosa de Lima Parish. As one community, we would like to invite you and your constituents to be a part of this festive event which we traditionally celebrate every year. Indeed, we always appreciate much the cooperation of our Barangay and Local Government officials every year for the success of all the lined-up activities in honor our patron saint, St. Rose de Lima. • For this 220th year, may we request for your usual support and participation in the Choir Competition that will be held on August 15, 2012 to be held at the Sta Rosa de Lima Parish church. To make this event more appealing to the participants, may we request for a cash donation of P3,000 per barangay to finance the cash prizes that we will be giving to the winners. Awards will be P5,000, P3,000, and P 2,000 for the Champion, 1st Runner-up, and 2nd Runner-up, respectively. • We anticipate for your generosity and full support in making this annual celebration more meaningful to our community. • Thank you very much and more power! • Truly yours, • BRO. Known for her devotion in caring for the poor and infirm, many devotees participate in the festivities as their sign of gratitude for her continuous guidance. • One of the activities that we will be having is the “LAKAD….ALAY KAY SANTA ROSA” which will be held on August 21, 2012 (Tue) at 5:00am. This aims to gather all parishioners who wish to offer their precious time and shed their sweats as sacrifice for our miraculous saint. • The assembly point and starting line will be at the Patio and will commence at Kanluran to Tiongco Subdivision then to Rizal Blvd until the finish line at the City Plaza. Assembly time will be at 4:00am and starts at 5:00am. • This event will not be possible without the valued support from the City Government of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Hence, may we request for your kind assistance in traffic and security management at the affected areas to avoid congestion and safety of our participants. • Hoping for your favorable reply the soonest time possible for proper information dissemination. • Thank you very much. • Very truly yours, • BRO.
