2- The Globalization of Production • Globalization of Production refers to sourcing goods and services from locations around the globe to take advantage of national differences in the cost and quality of factors of production such as labor, energy, land, and capital. • Check the case of Boeing 777- suppliers from Japan, Singapore, Italy, 30% of the 777 is built by foreign companies. We call this outsourcing.
