1. Purpose of the Research • To establish the model of youth administration system from the viewpoint of new governance. The model is based on analyzing the actual status of the local youth administration system. • To recommend efficient operating methods by analyzing the local and foreign examples of youth-related administration systems.
2. Major Contents of the Research • Investigation of the actual status of the youth administration systems in the local government, especially the network among “administration -private organization-local university-enterprise.” • Analysis of the examples of new governance-related researches and applications locally and abroad, and deriving their implications. • Division of the cooperative type linked between institutes, which reflect regional characteristics. • Development of the model of the new governance youth administration system and suggestions on how to implement it.
3. Political Suggestions • Prepare the plan to reinforce the roles and responsibilities of central and local governments to maintain the public interest in youth policy. • The heads of local government bodies and relevant officers should urgently recognize the importance of the youth policy. • The officer fully responsible for the youth should develop and build a systematic education system.
