Flat Rate – Complex Items • Notes on Complex Type • Are only visible on the Server Work Orders data. • Groups • Miscellaneous type inventory items cannot be selected • Service Mobile Devices • Complex Flat Rate Items are Not avail on the Service Mobile Device • Components will be download to the Parts Tab as part of a dispatched Work Order • IF Flat Rate item was added prior to dispatching • Complex Flat Rate Item will appear on the Service Mobile Invoice • IF Flat Rate item was added prior to dispatching
Flat Rate – Complex Items • Installation Process steps • Create a Work Order normally • Print out the Installation Flat Rate Parts List • Give the list to the Installation technician • Dispatch the Work Order • Tech arrives on site and does the work • Records the part used on the Flat Rate Parts List • Completes the Work Order normally • Without entering materials on the Work Order • Returns the Jobs Flat Rate Parts List to the office (Dispatcher) • Office (Dispatcher) adds the Flat rate item to WO • Completes the components and equipment used based on the paperwork returned. • Prints and mails the Invoice to the Customer
Time & Materials Templates • Time and Materials Templates for Service Billing • Adds ONLY components to Work Orders • Types • Simple Templates (Server Only) • Complex Templates (Server Only) • T&M Templates are NOT available on Service Mobile • Will push components down to Service Mobile • IF added to a work order prior to dispatching • Demonstrate – If requested
