Good Management What’s new on CSL Business unit DfT Learning and Development Calendar Last month we introduced you to CSL’s Good management campaign. This month we’re focusing on the first theme of the campaign: Manager as Leader and in managing change. Having good leaders in times of change, who lead by example, is critical to the impact of what we do. Inspiring a shared vision, enabling and supporting others to act, are all key attributes needed for you to get the job done. So, as a manager it’s essential to take the time to develop the confidence and skills that you need to deliver these attributes. Even as an experienced leader there will still be issues that you face in the workplace where you need some assistance, an alternative solution or different perspective. CSL can meet these needs. .
