Timeline • Oct - Nov: department T&P committees • Dec: portfolios forwarded to Dean • Materials added • Department ballots • Department head’s recommendation • Jan: Deans make recommendations • All parties concerned receive copy, including FTPC
Timeline • Jan: Candidates email materials to FTPC • Deans verify and place candidates’ portfolios in FTPC evidence room • Jan-Feb: FTPC review • Questions, if necessary, presented in writing • March: FTPC voting
