Next steps Transfert des données TB RD10 du PNUD • Official handover of project documents takes place on Oct. 30th • Review of project documents will starts today Setting up project management unit • Project management unit (PMU) will be based in Niger • Objective is to place as many functions as possible in-country • Functions include: project manager, finance, TB technical, PMER, PSM, audit and compliance, legal

  4. Next steps • Alignment of the work plan and performance framework between the two PRs in collaboration with CCM, PNLT, MoH and partners • Identifying / confirming SRs as per CCM Niger guideline • Reprogramming and development of budget, PSM plan, Monitoring and Evaluation plan

  5. Schedule of activities going forward to LFA review and grant signature • Week Oct. 29th start of process • Review of technical documents • Preparation of technical aspects of project • Review and sign off on completed work plan • LFA assessment targeted for the end of February 2013
