(I) Investment Strategy 投資策略原則 • Investment in a single VC shall not exceed 30% of the VC’s • Paid-in capital and may not exceed NT$1 billion dollars. • 本基金對個別創投事業之投資，以不超過10億元或募資基金 • 總額30%，孰低為限 2. The amount of domestic investment from the VC invested by the fund shall reach at least the total amount invested by the fund. 創投事業投資國內金額至少應達本基金投資之總金額 3. NDF delegates Megabank to invest in VC by a deed of trust. 以信託方式委以金融機構名義間接投資創投事業
