  10. Instill a Vision for Your Sunday School Brainstorm the kind of Sunday School you would like to have. Involve your leadership in brainstorming sessions. Give them ownership of the dream too!

  13. Instill a Vision for Your Sunday School Commit to the vision (cont.) d) Devote time at Leadership meetings to developing or broadcasting the vision. e) Reward leaders with what you want done. f) Develop an annual plan and publicly commit the Sunday School to attain it.
