Presentation: What is EEOC & How Can EEOC Help You? Summary of presentation: Mr. Loughlin is a trial attorney for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. His presentation will be about one hour with Q/A. Mr. Loughlin will explain the role of the EEOC in its enforcement of federal employment laws and explain how an individual who believes they have been discriminated against, can file a complaint with the EEOC.
