Regionalization • District 12 is a huge, heterogeneous area with high potential • Was a region within an even bigger district • Which is now D14 India + Asia / Pacific • One DVP cannot efficently cover all this area • Time, limited budget • Regions are future districts • Region chair can have a specific travel expenses budget ($3000 according MOP)
