  2. Min Monkey was up in the banana tree. Grandpa Tut came by. Grandpa Tut shouted, “Min Monkey! Where have you gone? I am looking for you” Grandpa Tut looked up. Min Monkey was at the top of the banana tree. 1

  3. Grandpa Tut was looking for Min Monkey. He saw Min Monkey in the banana tree “I am in the banana tree!” should Min Monkey. “Look at me! I am up here. I am a monkey. I like it up here.” 2

  4. Grandpa Tut saw Min Monkey up in the banana tree. Grandpa Tut said, “Get down here you silly little monkey. You have to come down to me. Come down right now.“ Min Monkey said, “No! I like it up here. 3

  5. Grandpa Tut wanted Min Monkey to come down from the banana tree. He shouted loudly at Min Monkey. Min Monkey said, “I will stay up here in the banana tree. I am looking for the best banana in the tree. 4

  6. “Come down from the tree, Min Monkey!” shouted Grandpa Tut. “Come down right now! I mean it!” “No,” said Min Monkey. I will not. I am going to find the best banana in the tree.” “What is wrong with you?” 5

  7. Min Monkey was up in the banana tree. He would not come down. He saw a big banana. Min Monkey said, “A big banana! This looks good. I think I will get this big banana. It is the best one.” 6

  8. Min Monkey was up in the banana tree. He was trying to get the best banana in the tree. He reached for it. The banana fell down. “Oh no!” Min Monkey said. “The banana went down. Oh dear,” he said. 7

  9. Min Monkey was up in the banana tree. The best banana fell down. “Oh no! Oh dear! Oh, oh, oh!” He ran down the tree. “My banana!” he screamed. “I want me banana. I must have it,” he shouted loudly. 8

  10. Min Monkey ran down the tree. He wanted to get the best banana. But it fell from the tree. “My banana!” screamed Min Monkey. “Ouch!” should Grandpa Tut. “What is it?” should Min Monkey. “The banana fell on my head!” 9

  11. Min Monkey made the banana fall from the tree. It fell on Grandpa Tut’s head. “Look what you did!” Grandpa Tut shouted. “You made the banana fall on my head.” “Oh dear,” said Min Monkey. “You silly monkey!” he said. 10
