Analysis Why? Water leakage due to elbow right angle. Why? Improper fitment of drain pan and elbow in liner. Temp countermeasure : Elbow design modification done to angular shape (120 Degree angle). Permanent countermeasure : Elbow design modification done to angular shape (120 Degree angle).
