Why? Due to clearance tub moves & Body corner profile outside tilted. Analysis -2 Why? Collar thickness in tub not sufficient to hold the impact Analysis -3 Why? Vibration damping packing position not arresting tub jolting in case of severe bad handling. • Twin tub crack at corner. Body corner profile modified. Bending the corner edge towards inside. Collar thickness in tub increased by 0.5mm. Vibration damping packing position shifted upwards for restrict tub movement Before QA System Improved QA System References Check point for wrinkle & direction of bend after bending has been added to the process audit.
