The Man Machine Poem concert tour began in Victoria, British Columbia, on Friday, July 22, and fans of the band couldn't help but pay attention to the whole set of catchy leather suits with a metallic tint that Downey was wearing. Among them were hot pink, turquoise, silver and gold. IzzyCamilleri, a Toronto-based fashion designer, designed all these bold outfits specifically for the frontman Tragically Hip. The designer said that she began to work with Gord Downey in September 2015 - even before he diagnosed with brain cancer in the terminal stage.
