  4. WHY are we doing this? • Economic Survival • Dismal Job Market • Potential Expats? • Unemployed • Crisis Management Mode • HEALTHCARE COSTS • $24,000/year Insurance Premiums • $20,000/year Out of pocket expenses • $310,000 POTENTIAL PAYOUT until Medicare is available in 2015.
