  1. February 23, 2010Organization Day 2 • Does the first sentence of the second paragraph work with the overall organization of the essay? Why or why not? • Rewrite the first sentence of the second paragraph so that it enhances the essay’s organization. • Have at least two people read your new sentence and write an evaluation of it in your notebook. Then they should sign their names below their evaluations. • Simplest way to fix it: Melville’s Moby Dick has a multitude of virtues, but in this essay, I will examine a few.

  2. Today we will: • Design vocabulary flyer using Microsoft Publisher. • Remember to check your assignment sheet. • Check spelling, etc. • Place a background picture on Wordle. • You may use google image. • Add final slide in directions.

  3. Homework • P. 459, Ex. 8 in Language Book due Monday. • Finished vocabulary flyer due on Tues. 3/2.
