  1. Reasonable Replacement Terms & Policy LaserJet & Inkjet Cartridge • Not Expired:Sent cartridge should not be expired it should fall within warranty period i.e. 6 / 12 months from the Date of Packing (DOP) for Inkjet / LaserJet Cartridge and DOP is mentioned on cartridges and the packing both. • Not Refilled: There should not be evident mark of refilling, seal should be intact and ink or powder should be ours. • Not Empty: Cartridge should not be empty, it should have at least 50% + of ink/powder remaining which can be determined by weighing the cartridge. • Not Broken: Cartridge should not be broken, please pack it properly so that it reaches us safely (may wrap in newspaper 4-5 times). Note: Defective cartridge should enclose a printout as a supporting document.
