To find the x intercept you have to plug in zero for Y. • 0 = (x+1)(x+4)(x-3) • (x+1)=0, therefore x= -1 • (x+4)=0, therefore x= -4 • (x-3)=0, therefore x= 3 • There are x-intercepts at (-1,0),(-4,0),(3,0). X intercepts
