The Internship LEAP Initiative

The Internship LEAP Plan is a comprehensive initiative to bridge the gap between classroom learning and workforce competency. Developed by Matthew Zinman, this plan offers centralized, value-added solutions such as integrating on-campus internship programs and connecting with employers and charities. It aims to fund internships at non-profits and improve economic productivity through internships. The plan advocates for fair compensation for internships and certification of learning outcomes. With a focus on best practices and accountability, it seeks to enhance student career opportunities and streamline employment placements.
