  2. The DAMEX will be made up of four intrinsically intertwined groups: • marketing • trading • financial management • shared services

  3. Marketing groups will be aligned to: • find and list customers • sell services to establish customers • retain customers • match and ensure competitive edge

  4. Marketing groups will be divided based on focus: • small and mid-size accounts • Fortune 500 • start-up companies • inter-exchange relationships • cross-listed companies • market developers

  5. The DAMEX will provide world class professional traders supported by state-of-the-art trading and clearing tools, including: • staff to monitor and maintain equipment • technical staff to enforce market rules • government regulatory intermediaries

  6. Financial Management supports all aspects of the life of the exchange. It: • pays the bills of the exchange (A/P) • manages the working capital of the exchange (Treasury functions) • manages all employees (HR) • borrows • lends • leases • manages foreign exchange • provides compliance services

  7. Shared services will oversee the day to day interaction between the exchange and its: • people (sales force and support) • equipment • locations (international branches) • support & outside services (outsourced functions) • sales
