Have knowledge of the main agonists and antagonists, types of muscle contraction: concentric, eccentric and isometric related to these sporting actions. Identification of muscles (names and locations) Name the main agonists and antagonists for each of the movements occurring at the 5 named joints
Find the following: 23 Muscles • Biceps brachii, triceps brachii, deltoid, latissimusdorsi, pectoralis major, • Infraspinatus, ilio psoas, gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, gluteus minimus, adductor longus, adductor brevis, adductor magnus, rectus femoris, vastuslateralis, vastusmedialis, vastusintermedius, • Biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus, • Tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, soleus.
