Article one: legislative branch • House of representatives • Qualifications • Age: must be at least 25 years old • Residency: must live in the state you are chosen to represent • Citizenship: must be a united states citezen for at least 7 years
HOUSE OF REPERSENITIVES • A. QUALIFICATIONS: they had to be a citizen and had to be of age. • B. AGE: had to be 25 years old • C.RESIDENCY:must live in the state they were elected in • D.CITIZENSHIP:has to live in America for at least 7 years • E.ELECTIONS:held every two years. • F.RESPONSIBILITIES:impose taxes, borrow money ,regulate nations, establish post office, coin money, establish post office raise and support an army,declarde war.
Article one: senate • Qualification:9 years a citizen 30 years of age • How often are elections held: every 6 years • Responsibilities: sole power of all impeachments, had to pick vice president
senate • Electons:held every six years • Two senators from each state • Resposibilities:choose their officer, have the sole power to try all impeachments, when the president of the united states is tried, the chief of justice shall preside
Article two: executive branch • Consists of the president and vice-president • Qualifications: • Age: must be at least 35 years old • Residency: must live in the united states for at least 14 years • Citezenship:must be a natural-born citizen
