  3. Confirming Violation Scope • We always ensure the complete scope of a violation has been identified • Violation Review • Mitigation Plan Review

  4. What’s New? • During CMP submittal, please include a brief statement that the scope of the violation has not changed. • E.g. The scope of this violation has not changed since the mitigation plan was accepted by WECC
