Staff Evaluation Process • One uniform document for all staff. • Staff complete self review and forward to supervisors. • Supervisors complete the review & determine overall performance rating. • Campus-wide review of all ratings will occur prior to individual meetings. • Supervisors meet in person with staff to conduct the review.
Appeal Process • Staff can appeal ratings of “Performance Needs Improvement” or “Unacceptable Performance.” • Appeals will be reviewed by a small group. • Final determination of appeal will be made by HR.
Next Steps • Educational sessions in January for supervisors and staff. • Salary letters no later than end of June. • All information will be posted on HR website: http://www.coloradocollege.edu/offices/humanresources/
