How to Find Clip Art Browsing Clip Art in PowerPoint™ For ease of use, the Clip Art images correspond to headings from each Lección’s En resumen section and to the individual vocabulary words. With the PowerPoint™ presentation in Slideshow mode, click on a vocabulary word. The corresponding image will appear to the right. Browsing with the Table of Contents A simple “Table of Contents” is also available for instant access to each vocabulary clip art image. In Slideshow mode, click on a blue vocabulary word in the “Table of Contents”, and the corresponding image will appear. Simply click on the “Return to Table of Contents” button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen in order to return to the Lección “Table of Contents” and access additional images.
How to Export Clip Art • Any slide in the Clip Art can be copied into a drawing, painting, or word processing • application. This gives you further options to work with color, page layout, text • addition, and image alteration. Use the following simple steps: • When you have found the slide you want to export and are viewing it in • Slideshow mode, press the “esc” or “Esc” key. This will take you to the • Normal view and the slide you were viewing will be highlighted in the left • hand pane. Normal view allows for the easiest management of the slides. • Go to the “File” menu and select “Save as…”. Under “Format,” then select the • format in which you would like to export the image and location where you want • to save it. (JPEG, BMP, TIFF and GIF are common and easy-to-manage image • formats.) • Open a new document in the drawing, painting, or word processing application • of your choice. • Choose Paste from the Edit menu in that application.
It is important that you enter a range or selection to prevent the printing of all Clip Art images. How to Print Clip Art Choose Print from the File menu. Enter the range or selection of the slides you want to print. An indicator at the bottom of the screen will tell you which slide you are viewing. Visit the PowerPoint™ Help function to learn more about viewing, managing and printing slides. You need the full version of PowerPoint™ to save and print individual slides or entire presentations. The PowerPoint™ viewer is for viewing slideshows only.
