2014 REGULATION CHANGES FOR FOOD VENDORS Hand wash stations must now have a basin, drain and a closed container for waste water. No more open catch buckets. Commissaries must be within 30 miles or 30 minutes of events lasting more that 1 day. On operational days, operators shall report to their approved commissary every 24 hours for cleaning, food prep and supplies. Operators shall maintain records of source and purchases of food. Please remember, vendors need to submit their paperwork (Form 3610 etc.) to Jefferson County Public Health at least 10 days before the event. Call Matt Shaddeau with any questions at (303)271-5768.
