  2. Peter and Andrew As Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter, and his brother Andrew casting a net into the sea. He said to them “Come with me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

  3. At once, they left their nets and followed him. From there he walked on and saw two other brothers.

  4. James and John James, son of Zebedee, and his brother John were in a boat fishing with their father. All Jesus had to do was call to them and they came immediately and followed him.

  5. Ministering to a great Multitude Jesus followed by his four new disciples went around Galilee, preaching in synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom. They cured every disease and illness among people.

  6. A Newfound Leader Jesus’ word spread all the way to Syria. People came from all over bringing those with various diseases including those who were possessed, paralytics, and even Lepors.
