Essential Contact is an itinerant exhibition that aims to raise public awareness about our relationship with the universe, the evolution of life, and the importance of preserving our planet. The exhibition focuses on the fragility of life, the impact of human activity on the environment, and the need for a collective change in attitude. Divided into the Continent Hall of the Universe, Hall of Evolution, and Hall of Commitment, the exhibition offers a unique visitor experience with interactive displays and information about our place in the cosmos. Supported by a team of experts from various fields, Essential Contact is a high-impact initiative for public outreach.

THE IDEA Essential Contact • What is it? A high impact exhibition, an ambitious initiative of public outreach. • How? Through a campaign of information for public awareness. • Based on scientific results about our relationship with the universe, the development of life and societies. • Aim: to impact everybody about our important role in society. • Goal: to promote a massive change of attitude towards the preservation of our life. • Essential Contact is based on three objectives of communication: • Awareness of how insignificant we are compared to the size and temporal scales of the Universe. • Introspection, mindful state of attention. • From our innermost genetic intimacy it focus on the 4 Billion yrs of the evolution of life. Stressing the fragility of complex life. • We are the most amazing instance of life, perhaps unique in the Universe. • Self-Awareness of mankind impact on the environment: • Demographic explosion & our way of life. • We are more than 6 billion beings: How are we going to ensure that we all live our life with dignity?
