General overview (1) • Questionnaire sent to 61 countries:- 18 countries did not reply (29%)- 11 countries have no victim surveys (18%)- 32 countries return the questionnaire with data (53%) • 81 surveys returned :3 with no available data
Use of the ICVS standardized form (3) • At least adapted form was used for victimization survey or multiple purpose surveys by 17 countries (53% of all countries). • 7 (22%) countries have not used the ICVS form at all and 6 (19%) have comparable questions. • Finally USA and the Netherlands have comparable questions but they don’t report here their many participation at the ICVS.
