18. International cooperation International activity of ORWMD first of all aiming on fulfilment of obligations by Ukraine on transboundary water resources and quality control. It is implemented within the frameworks of current intergovernmental bilateral agreement:
Agreements between Ukrainian and Moldovian Governments on general use and preservation of border waters (from November, 23, 1994).
Agreements between Ukrainian and Romanian Governments on cooperation in the field of border water management (from September, 30, 1997).
