In groups of 3 consider……………… • How have you used the different types of support tools over the last year? • How do you cascade relevant tools to front-line clinical staff? • How do you evaluate the impact of our support?
Depression in Adults with Physical Health Problems Healthcare Practitioners should be alert to possible depression (particularly in those with a past history of depression or a chronic physical illness with associated functional impairment) and consider asking patients they suspect may have depression two questions, specifically: • During the last month, have you often been bothered by feeling down, depressed or hopeless? • During the last month, have you often been bothered by having little interest or pleasure in doing things? [Draft1.3.1.1]
In a different threesome………… • How would you know your trust in meeting this recommendation (which is a key priority for implementation) ? • How can we help with that? • Who needs briefing on this guidance? • Who would be identified to lead its implementation?
