(initials) • Below are the steps I plan to take in order to be well prepared to take this test: • I have taken the above listed steps to prepare myself to retake this test. (initials) • RETAKE GUIDELINES: • Students will only be allowed 1 retake per test. • Students will have no more than 1 week to retake a test. • Students may NOT retake a test if they have missing assignments within the class/within the quarter. Students may negotiate with the teacher if the missing assignment no longer qualifies for credit. • Students may earn a maximum of 70% on the retake. • StudentDate • ParentDate
