Signing In • Go to the sign in page of your LobbyPal account at <account_name>.lobbypal.net • Sign in with your ID and password provided • If you forgot your password, click the Forget Password link and enter your email address.
View License Information • To view your LobbyPal account license information • Sign into your account • Click the License tab • Change your organization information if needed
Change Logo • To change the displayed logo • Sign into your account • Click the Settings tab • Click Logo • Click Browse and select the image file in your computer and click Open • Click Change • To revert to the default logo • Sign into your account • Click the Settings tab • Click Logo • Click Revert
Change Administrator Password • To change the administrator password • Sign into your account • Click the Users tab • Search for your name and click the Edit action • Click Change Password • Enter the new password • Click Save
Configure Email Settings • To configure the email settings for sending email • Sign into your account • Click the Settings tab • Click SMTP Server • Enter your email server and account information • Click Save
Add Department • To add a department • Sign into your account • Click the Settings tab • Click Departments • Click New • Enter the name of the department • Click Save
Add Purpose of Visit • To add a purpose of visit • Sign into your account • Click the Settings tab • Click Purposes of Visit • Click New • Enter the purpose name • Click Save
Add Location of Visit • To add a location of visit • Sign into your account • Click the Settings tab • Click Locations • Click New • Enter the location name • Click Save
Add Visitor Type • To add a visitor type • Sign into your account • Click the Settings tab • Click Visitor Types • Click New • Enter the visitor type name • Click Save
Add User • LobbyPal supports 3 user types: • Administrator who can perform all tasks • Receptionist who can sign in/out for visitors • Hosts who can sign out for his visitors • To add a user • Sign into your account • Click the Users tab • Click New • Enter the user information • Click Save
Sign In Visitor • To sign in a visitor • Click the Sign In/Out tab • Enter the Visitor ID and click Next • Enter/update the visitor information and click Next • Enter the purpose of visit • Click Save
Sign Out Visitor • To use Visitor ID to sign out • Click the Sign In/Out tab • Enter the Visitor ID and click Next • Enter the Sign Out Remarks (optional) • Click Sign Out • To use Visitor Pass Number to sign out • Click the Sign In/Out tab • Click Pass No tab • Enter the Pass No and click Next • Enter the Sign Out Remarks (optional) • Click Sign Out • To sign out visitor in the Attendance tab • Search for the visitor • Click Sign Out in the Out Time column • Enter the Sign Out Remarks (optional) • Click Sign Out
Edit Visitor Sign In Information • To edit visitor sign in information • Click the Attendance tab • Search for the visitor • Click on the In-Time • Edit the visit information • Click Save
Edit Visitor Sign Out Information • To edit visitor sign out information • Click the Attendance tab • Search for the visitor • Click on the Out-Time • Edit the Sign Out Remarks • Click Save
View Visitor Attendance List • To view the visitor attendance list for a particular day: • Click the Attendance tab • Select the date to view • Click Print/Export to print/export the data
View Host Records • To view a host’s visitor records: • Click on the Host tab • Search for the host • Click the Records action • Click Print/Export to print/export the data
View Visitor Records • To view a visitor’s visit records: • Click on the Visitors tab • Search for the visitor • Click the Records action • Click Print/Export to print/export the data
