Instructions: Part A • Complete “Do You Have What it Takes to be a Leader?” self-assessment. • Submit your answers and read your results. • Determine your leadership strengths (top 3) and weaknesses (bottom 3). 5

Instructions: Part B • Separate by gender. • Break into gender-based groups of 3-4. • Brainstorm and reach a consensus for your group’s top 3 leadership skills and bottom 3 leadership skills. • Present your strengths and weaknesses to the class. 10
