  2. Posting Jobswww.gu.jobs Employers have access to post job announcements 24/7. Have complete control over their job posting and have the ability to: Edit; Copy or Expire jobs at any time. Jobs posted in GU JobCentral also receive national exposure. Job Central is a free, self-service system for both job seekers and employers.

  3. Status of Referrals It is crucial for GES to get feedback concerning the status of every referral made to your company. Federal reporting requires that the outcome for every service provided to a job seeker or employer must be reported on a quarterly basis.

  4. Placements Placements are captured on a quarterly basis and can be recorded as far back as 1 year from date of hire

  5. Retention/Monitoring This activity is required for all placements up to 18 months from Date of Hire (DOH).
